Service Description

Do you find yourself going for the same kind of people and having the same issues in your personal relationships? Do you find yourself in similar conflicts at work? As an embodiment coach we can explore how these patterns show up and find ways to expand your range of options with your wellness at the centre of our work together. Relational coaching helps to uncover unhelpful patterns and habits in how you communicate and the decisions you make in relation to others. I take your through pragmatic exercises and help you to develop more awareness as well as building in new habits that will improve your relationship in your personal and professional life. To ensure we're a good fit I'm offering a free 30 min consultation with no obligation to continue. A block of coaching starts from £500 for 6 sessions. Due to Covid-19 restrictions coaching sessions can be offered online only until further notice.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of online dance classes please contact me via email at hello@rachelsparksdance.co.uk if you're unable to attend a session that you've booked for. You can transfer onto a future session or request a refund, however, this is only possible if you let me know an hour in advance of the session you were due to join.
